sorry it has been so long since I was last here. It’s not that I didn’t want to just that I have moved to the ACT and …well to put it politely the broadband is crap! So months later I am finally back online.

The move to the ACT has had some challenges in itself, the markets are very average here, even the good ones! I have been very limited in what I can sell at the few markets I have been able to find. Oh how I miss Melbourne!

I will keep you up to date with new happenings, I have a few in the pipeline.

Federation SquareA free market which features all things fashion and focuses on garments. 
This fashion design market will showcase Melbourne’s talented local designers who are striving to get their name out there and will promote up and coming designers to the general public and fashion lovers.

Justine from Oli b sent me this info for the fair, it is in melbourne. It is an amazing looking Fair held 3 times a year. Each market runs for 3 days. The cost for the 3 days is $600.00…. are you there, hello, wake up….. yeah yeah I know wow that’s alot.

Does anyone know anything about it, have you been, is it worth $600, does it get the traffic through.

Yesterday was my daughters Teachers birthday. Now not only did she deserve something special for all the work she has done with my little Drama Queen this year but teachers are very social people! 
D.Q picked out the colours & I made up some earrings and a matching ring. These were popped into a little bag with my tag attached and presented to her on the morning of her birthday. When I arrived at school to pick up the darlings!! there was said teacher with lots of mums admiring the goods. Now this may all sound a little calculated BUT If you were going to buy her something anyway why not? Everyone is happy and the leads could be many! Lets hear some more ideas.

I would like some help on this matter please.

My husband and myself have a friend in Townsville who had an horrific motorbike accident yesterday and lost his leg. Although he is lucky that he is alive this must be devastinging for him and his family. He is a very active person ( a physical trainer in the RAAF) and I think this will make it even harder for them all. They have a little girl also. We are not able to get to them and visit. What I would like some advice on is what we can do or send to help at all. Flowers just won’t do it. I was thinking some kind of care package but am at a bit of a loss.
